Shipping Policy
All orders are processed Monday – Friday and we aim to have your goods dispatched within 1-4 business days. Standard Australian orders travel with Australia Post and in some cases DHL Express when processed from our Overseas warehouse.
Standard Post (tracked)
- USA /Canada - 2-4 weeks
- Europe- 3-4 weeks
- New Zealand -1-3 Weeks
- Australia- 0-2 Weeks
Express Post (tracked)
- Australia- 1-4 Business Days- USA /Canada- 4-7 Business Days
- Europe- 4-8 Business Days
- New Zealand- 2-5 Business Days
Please note: If your order contains any clearance items/on sale items/ or in busy season, this may delay the dispatch of your order by 2 – 3 days.
CUSTOMS / Import Duties
Customs and duties need to be paid by buyer, usually only customers in Europe need to pay import duty, rest countries have a duty free import allowance which usually isnt met unless you order 20 or more journals.
Please check your local laws for more information on import laws.
Also, if Postal companies suspend the overseas express service, we will aim to send your article asap using standard post and based on the time it took to arrive, we will refund your postage.
If your address is incomplete, or if due to non collection, the parcel is returned back to us, we will send it out but you will have to cover the actual postage cost. Refunds in such cases are not permissible.
Delays in post are beyond our control, we use Australia Post that has connections with USPS, and is the most reliable company. Our Tracking number is valid on all National Postal service websites like USPS, Deutsche Post, La Poste etc etc.
